Steel Tube Straightening With Electric Track

I. USAGE：

This machine is gantry hydraulic joint straightening machine, mainly used for steel pipe rolling or bending formed steel tube with pressing, jointing & straightening. It is easy for the steel pipe welding. It can be also used in cylinders and cones rib tube joint alignment welding. In a wide range of application, such as  petroleum, electricity, shipbuilding & chemical industries, ect has been widely used.

II. TECHINICAL CHARACTERISTIC

■ This machine has a lower main oil cylinder installed on the top. Both side installs a clamping cylinder. The clamping oil cylinder can move up and down under the oil cylinder to drive, cooperating with extended compressive bar for Φ200mm-Φ1500mm steel pipe joint operations.

■ In the lower part of the main engine, there is a V-shape table.

■It reduces the labor of the workers by driving the roller with electric drive.

■ This machine can also be matched with back and forth bracket for the straightening of the steel tube, and a dual-purpose machine.
